City of Paterson Driver's License Restoration Pilot Program Application Form

By filling out this form, you are acknowledging that your participation in the program cannot be guaranteed by the City of Paterson. 120 participants will be selected through a lottery and will be invited to participate in the driver's license restoration pilot program. Paterson Law Office will review all selected participants' cases and based on their merits, will work with the Public Defender's Office to present your case to the Paterson Municipal Court. The Municipal Court will decide whether to grant relief or not, on a case by case basis. Income and Residency Eligibility Criteria for the Program can be found at: patersonnj.gov/licenserestoration.
